East Sacramento Youth Soccer follows USSF mandates for birth-year registration.

 

The 2024-2025 Season begins in August 2024.

 

Players may request to play up (i.e., on an older team).  Requests will be reviewed and approved by the Director of Coaching.

 

Players may NOT play down (i.e., on a younger team) without a valid medical reason. Requests must be reviewed and approved by both the Board and playing league.

 

Age groups U7-U14 are combined into two-year groupings. For example, U7 & U8 are combined and referred to as U8. Younger teams (U7) are typically scheduled in lower divisions for U8. Older teams (U8) are scheduled in higher divisions for U8.
